The project is carried under an agreement between Ministry of Water Supply, Energy and Irrigation, Water supply and Sanitation, Division no 5 and Netreshwori Engineering Consultancy Pvt.Ltd, Bafal, Kathmandu, Nepal. All data required for design are carried out by field survey.
